Wondering how we would create a special partnership for you?
We put a high-level marketing plan into each proposal based on our free consult. Once a client agrees to a partnership, we use our onboarding to refine the plan and fine tune the strategy. From there, our partnerships include data analysis and strategy assessments that will continue to shape the approach month to month.
We put a specific onboarding list into each proposal, but most of the time onboarding includes in-depth auditing of platforms, reviewing the brand identity, creating or updating the brand guide and any immediate platform updates like website copy/SEO/Google profile information, etc.
Onboarding is treated as a mandatory two-week project that happens before the regular partnership responsibilities and is FREE when the client signs up for the CMO or Director-level agreements.
This is most often the case with our clients - so you're not alone! We give the business owner options for this - we can either coach them, work alongside them or work with the owner to reallocate what they're doing for a better fit.
We start with a 6-month contractual agreement (that does have cancellation terms). At the end of this time frame, we'll regroup with the business owner to see what works best going forward.
