How soon can you start a new system?

This will depend on our current workload, of course, but if a new customer is eager to get started, we are usually able to work the project in almost immediately. Each system build project begins with the customer completing a workbook that we need for building, so we can be making room for their system build while they complete this first phase.

How are your websites different from a typical custom website?

Our websites are kept simple, usually three pages covering the essentials of business information and functionality. We refer to them as "simple sites", in fact. This allows us to keep the cost of the project way down for lean budgets and move the system build along quickly. We are building nice, functional sites for new businesses that don't need much integration or flashy features (until they grow into that). If we talk to someone who is leaning toward a bigger, more customized website, we have experts to send them to who are amazing.

Will a fast-growing business outgrow this system?

Our systems are built on platforms that have a LOT of room for expansion and added features. It is not likely that a young business is going to need more than what we set up for years. Once a business gets into a larger team and high customer list situation, it's easy to incorporate a CRM like HubSpot into the mix.

How is this system better than an all-in-one like Kajabi or Go High Level?

Our system pulls together very low cost (mostly free) platforms that function just as well, if not better, than the all-in-one softwares. This means more flexibility with growth, tremendous affordability overall, not paying for useless features and never being pressured into paying more to get past limitations in the platform.

In truth, many of the all-in-one platforms are simply charging to offer features you can easily find and set up for free, will pressure users into upgrading, can be slow to update and can have poor customer service.
